Space Analysis

We have a excellent knowledge of CAFM packages, which are designed to fully manage a client’s portfolio and personnel from every aspect needed to effortlessly run a business successfully.

We can run detailed space analysis on any building we enter into our system, breaking down the daily costs of running a building into departmental budgets. We can look at a building and give detailed figures on non-chargeable, chargeable, shared, service and circulation space.

We are able to manage personnel both by an individual, and by team/departmental levels. our software can plan departmental plans including the space each occupies – this system is ideal for seeing where you have space available and how you can perhaps utilize teams in a more efficient manner.

Move Management

  

We are able to take full management of any internal or external office move project including full planning and the physical move, we are able to produce a fully comprehensible move plans including move labels for crates and move packs for any personnel whom are included within a moves project.

We can carefully plan and track all movers, including any assets. i.e. hardware/artwork etc. Full move options can be looked at and planned before anyone packs away a pen. Only once a move is confirmed does it update the “live plans” to reflect the changes.

We are able to fully integrate Locker management into any move, as it seems this method is currently popular within various settings.

Furniture Audits

We can provide in depth furniture audits which will allows you to make informed decision on you furniture strategy:
